Who we are
ORbserve is an early-stage project run by Alannam Akabusi in the UK. It is not yet a registered company; company details will be added here once it is. Contact: alannam@orbserve.co.uk.
Website privacy notice
What we collect. Only what you choose to send us: if you use the "Request a demo" form or email us, we receive your name, role, organisation, email address and message. Please don't send patient information.
Why. To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who sees it. Only us. We don't sell or share it, and we don't add you to a mailing list. Our email is provided by Google, which stores messages on our behalf.
How long. As long as we're in touch about your enquiry, and no more than 24 months after our last contact.
Other services this site uses. None that track you. Fonts and images are served from this site itself. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, stores form submissions on our behalf and keeps standard server logs for security.
Your rights. Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising or tracking tools, so there's no cookie banner. If that changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Terms of use
- This site describes a prototype. ORbserve is not a medical device, has not been clinically evaluated, and nothing here is medical advice.
- Figures from other organisations are quoted as they published them, with the source named. Our own figures come from bench tests and simulation unless we say otherwise.
- The theatre footage in our film is a simulation and licensed stock footage from Pexels. The voice is AI-generated.
- The text, design and product images on this site belong to ORbserve. Please ask before reusing them.
- Links to other websites are for information; we aren't responsible for their content.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
